Cancellations and Changes
A credit card deposit is taken when booking. To avoid full charge for a missed session, changes and cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance.

Before Your Treatment
Please arrive a few minutes early for your first appointment to complete a health history. If you are receiving medical care, or have had a recent injury, you must obtain physician's approval before scheduling a session. Pregnancy, blood pressure disorders and advanced diabetes preclude some sessions. Do not use alcohol or drugs before your session.

Double Treatment Suite
Couples or friends enjoy celebrating special occasions in our double treatment suite. Individual therapists can provide the same treatments for both, or different treatments (ideally of the same length).

Gift Certificates

Private Showers
The spa has some rooms with private showers, but no public locker room. If you will need to shower after your sessions, please let us know at your time of booking so that we may schedule accordingly.

Contraindications
Pregnancy, blood pressure disorders and advanced diabetes preclude some sessions. Intoxication or sexual comments will result in termination of the session with full payment due.

In-Room Sessions
Guests of the Rusty Parrot staying in rooms with king-sized beds may request in-room massage at no additional charge.

|
Outcall Massage
Massage at your home, office or condominium may be offered on a limited basis. Generally we need at least 24 hours to make arrangements.
